I have a very fun road trip to Las Vegas for my 30th birthday. There were two big events that happened on my actual birthday day that I do not have a picture for. One I got a big cut on my forehead and no one know what I did for those two and a half hours. Jared knew that I will be gone for a while, but the whole event was excellent for me and I was so drunk, but I still remember most of it. If you want detail, I will tell you but I will only tell you in front of you face to face.
Second big event, so how many of you ever get to go 40 mph on Las Vegas Blvd in from of Aladdin hotel on a Saturday night? Hmm, I think not, traffic sucks during that time, you go faster walking then driving. The reason I got to go was the whole north bound traffic was stop by the "Las Vegas Metro Police", they were on horseback too. Now you might asked, how in the world did I get the luxury of that. Ah details details details, this trip started with going to Treasure Island, so Jared and I are leaving from Monte Carlo hotel and make a left turn onto the north bound traffic. After we make into the left lane of the traffic, the vehicle in front of me did not have their lights on. A little farther going north, there is a checkpoint with a cop just looking at the traffic. And I said to Jared, the car in front of us did not have their lights on, he is going to get pullover since there is a cop looking at him right there. So we drive a little more until we were at a stoplight. Then, I heard horses coming from the back. It was two horses, the Las Vegas Metro Police were on horseback patrol. One of the policeman stopped the modify Ford Focus (the vehicle that was in front of me) with California license plate. And the second policeman backup the horse between me and the vehicle in front of me. I said to Jared, oh boy, this is going to be a while, how in the world are we going to go. The cop that between me and the stopped vehicle tries to stopped all the traffic behind us but a lot of vehicles did not stop including two vehicles behind me until a tour bus stopped. I just backup the Jaguar a little bit and turn to my right and step on the gas and go, and I still have the greenlight going forward. Funtime, and this will never happened to me again.
